As the name suggests, almond oil is a substance obtained by squeezing ripe almonds. Due to the properties of almond oil, it has become a popular addition to skin care routines because it contains vitamins A and E, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, and zinc, which are nutrients that help promote healthy skin and cell regeneration.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to apply it after showering, so you can make sure your skin is clean before applying anything else. With your skin slightly damp, but not wet, apply a few drops of almond oil to your hand and gently massage in circular motions, making sure to distribute it evenly.
Let it absorb into your skin for 5 minutes (the longer you leave it on, the better). Repeat this process once a day and let your skin glow.
