Face: Apply a few drops of Chia oil to your face and neck before going to sleep during your daily routine, avoiding the eye contour area. Spread the oil evenly, from the center to the ends until it is completely absorbed.
Hair: After washing with your usual shampoo and with hair still damp, apply a few drops of oil to your hands and comb the hair between your fingers until it is impregnated. Insist on the ends and gently massage the scalp. Leave it on for as long as possible (we recommend at least one hour) and then wash your hair with shampoo to remove the excess.
Body: Although it is the least common use, do not give up the properties of chia oil on the skin of your body. Apply a small amount to your hands and massage your body until completely absorbed.
